1. This program is intended for ATOM users as a "Father's Day Commemoration" to reminisce about childhood memories with their fathers and to create meaningful memories together.
2. When a user fills in their name, their father's name, their phone number, a memorable photo for their father, and their father's information, it shall be deemed that the user agrees to the use of such information for this program.
3. ATOM values the personal data privacy of users and will utilize it strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions only for this program.
4. Users can purchase any preferred 528 Metta Package via the ATOM Store App or by dialing *528#, and then discover their father's personality type and create a memory photo frame together with their father via the 528 Metta link. Alternatively, they can also directly access https://528metta.atom.com.mm to create a memory photo frame for their father.
5. Users can participate in this program by posting the created photo on any preferred Social Media Platform for their father, or by sending it directly to their father.
6. By accessing https://528metta.atom.com.mm and entering your name, your phone number, your father's name, a memorable photo for your father, and answering the relevant questions about your father, you can easily discover your father's personality type and create a memory photo frame for your father.
7. Participants must create a memory photo frame for their father via the 528 Metta link between 17th June and 21st June, and ten (10) lucky winners will be randomly selected from among the participants.
8. The total (10) lucky winners will be awarded a Men's Health Medical Check-up Package from Pun Hlaing Hospitals.
9. The medical check-up package can be used at Pun Hlaing Hospitals and Clinics located in Yangon, Mandalay, Pyapon, Taunggyi, and Aungban, and will be valid for use until 31st December 2026.
10. ATOM Myanmar will contact the lucky winners on 21st June via phone calls, and/or will announce them on the ATOM Myanmar Facebook Page and ATOM Myanmar TikTok Page.
11. Once the lucky winners have received the phone call from ATOM Myanmar confirming their winner status, they must come and contact via the Messenger or Inbox of the ATOM Facebook Page or ATOM Myanmar TikTok Page.
12. To utilize the Medical Check-up and for appointments, the nearest Pun Hlaing Hospitals and Clinics will contact the winners individually within one month, and the prize cannot be exchanged for other rewards.
13. Winners must contact and submit the necessary information required to send the prize money via the Messenger or Inbox of the ATOM Facebook Page or ATOM Myanmar TikTok within one (1) month after the winner announcement. Winners who contact after more than thirty (30) days will be automatically disqualified from the winner list.
14. The lucky winners will be selected by ATOM, and if any dispute arises, the decision of ATOM shall be final.
15. ATOM reserves the right to reuse and republish the names, memorable photos with fathers, and answered responses of the participants of this program in other media platforms.
16. ATOM shall not be held liable if any technical error from Facebook and other platforms causes any impact on the competition.
17. Employees of ATOM and ATOM's related businesses are not eligible to participate and compete in this program.
